Shipping Policy

Where we deliver

Our primary market is the Gulf: we deliver to Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman, and these are the destinations we know best.

We also ship internationally. If your country appears at checkout with a shipping rate, we can deliver to you. Delivery times outside the Gulf vary more widely, and the customs guidance further down this page applies to your local rules rather than GCC ones.

If you are unsure whether we can reach you, add an item to your cart and enter your country at checkout — the available options and prices will be shown before you pay.

How our shipping works

We are an online retailer that sources products from international suppliers and has them shipped directly to you. This keeps prices lower than a traditional retailer holding local stock, and it is the reason we can offer a wide catalogue without a warehouse in every country. The trade-off is that delivery takes longer than a domestic marketplace, and we would rather be straightforward about that than surprise you after you have paid.

Order processing

Orders are checked and passed to our fulfilment partner within one to three business days of payment clearing. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are processed on the next working day. During peak periods such as major sale events processing can take slightly longer, and we will say so on the site if that is the case.

Once your parcel is handed to the carrier you will receive a dispatch email containing your tracking number.

Delivery estimates

Delivery time is made up of two parts: processing time, and transit time. Transit time depends on the shipping method chosen at checkout and on the destination country.

As a general guide, standard international delivery to GCC destinations typically takes between 7-20 business days after dispatch. Express services, where available for your items, are faster. The estimate shown at checkout is the one that applies to your specific order.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs inspection is the single most common cause of delay, and it is not something any retailer can control or predict. If your parcel appears to have stalled in transit, contact us and we will chase it with the carrier.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery country and the contents of your cart. You will always see the exact shipping cost before you pay. We do not add shipping charges after an order is placed.

Customs duties and import taxes

This section matters, so please read it before ordering.

Unless the product page or checkout explicitly states that duties are included, import duties, customs charges and local taxes are payable by you, the customer. Each GCC country sets its own thresholds below which small consignments are not charged and above which they are. Value added tax also applies in several GCC countries.

Where charges apply, the carrier will normally collect them from you before completing delivery. These charges are set and collected by your country’s customs authority. We do not receive any part of them, we cannot calculate them in advance for every destination and product combination, and we are not able to refund them.

If you are ordering a higher-value item and want to avoid an unexpected charge, we suggest checking the current de minimis threshold for your country before you order, or contacting us so we can tell you what we know about the shipping method for that item.

Tracking your order

Every order ships with tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your parcel leaves the warehouse. Tracking information can take up to a few days to begin updating after dispatch, which is normal and does not mean anything has gone wrong.

If tracking has not updated for an extended period, contact us with your order number and we will investigate.

Split deliveries

If you order several items they may arrive separately, in more than one parcel and on different days, because items can ship from different locations. You are not charged extra for this. If part of your order has arrived and part has not, please allow a few more days before contacting us.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing checkout. We pass the address exactly as you enter it to the carrier. If an address is incomplete or incorrect and the parcel cannot be delivered, we will do what we can to help, but we cannot guarantee recovery of a parcel sent to a wrong address, and we may not be able to refund it.

If you notice a mistake immediately after ordering, contact us straight away. If the order has not yet been dispatched we can usually correct it.

Failed and refused deliveries

Carriers normally attempt delivery more than once and may hold a parcel at a local depot for collection. If a parcel is refused, or is not collected and is returned to origin, we will contact you to discuss the options. Shipping costs already incurred are not normally refundable in that situation, because the service was provided.

Damaged parcels

If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please photograph it before opening where you can, and contact us within a few days of delivery. Photographs make a claim far easier to resolve and mean we can put things right faster.

Questions

If anything about shipping is unclear, please ask before you order. We would much rather answer a question in advance than resolve a misunderstanding afterwards.
